Tender Description
The principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the construction of the Kerferd Intensive Care Area (ICA) Ensuite.
The purpose of this RFT is to:
• Construction of dedicated ensuites in each of the existing four (4) ICA bedrooms.
• Reconfiguration of the seclusion room area to create an independent space served by an ensuite.
• Reconfiguration of an existing bathroom to create a family room for ICA consumers.
• Addition of consumer-controlled swipe card access to each ICA bedroom
