Tender Description
The Territory is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to develop the Reference Design (developed based upon the Education Directorate Infrastructure Specification (EDIS) Brief) and construct the new Building D – Design Building and associated site works. The Building D - Design Building has been designed to be a 2 Storey Building which includes Design, Arts, Technology, and Science Learning Spaces.
This Request for tender includes confidential information. To obtain a copy of the EDIS Part A - Project Specific Requirements, you will need to download and complete the Confidentiality Deed (PIED0000980 - Attachment 8 - Confidentiality Deed).
