Transforming Historic Venues through Innovative Hospitality

NTAV is dedicated to preserving Australia’s natural, Indigenous, and cultural heritage, managing over 30 significant properties. These venues, including Como House & Garden and Labassa, host public and commercial events, with proceeds supporting their preservation.

Como House & Garden Located in South Yarra, this serene urban retreat features lush gardens and a welcoming café/restaurant space in the former stables building. There is significant potential for an experienced caterer to grow a vibrant functions business here, making it a sought-after destination for weddings and events.

Labassa This 19th-century mansion is renowned for its French Renaissance architecture and lavish interiors. Labassa offers unique spaces for weddings and events, featuring opulent interiors and a rich historical ambiance.

Partnering for Exceptional Hospitality NTAV seeks a catering partner to transform the food and beverage offerings at these venues for a 5-year term starting September 2024. The ideal partner will bring creativity and expertise in high-quality food service and event catering.
