Sydney Metro West – Parramatta Integrated Station Development - Enrolment to Participate (ETP)

Project goals

Sydney Metro invites organisations that wish to participate in the procurement process for the upcoming Sydney Metro West Parramatta Integrated Station Development (ISD) to submit an Enrolment to Participate (ETP) Application.

The ETP Application is to allow Interested Parties of the Sydney Metro West Integrated Station Development at Parramatta to request access to the Parramatta ISD EOI Documents and to participate in the procurement process for the delivery of the Parramatta ISD.

This ETP Application process relates only to the Parramatta ISD.

The Parramatta ISD comprises the Parramatta Station Package and the Parramatta Developments comprising three over station developments and one adjacent station development.

Scope

The Sydney Metro West ISDs form part of a number of Packages being procured by Sydney Metro as part of Sydney Metro West. Sydney Metro is procuring the following Sydney Metro West ISD Packages under a staged and separate procurement process:

· Parramatta ISD

· Sydney Olympic Park ISD

· Pyrmont Station ISD

The proposed Parramatta Station has its primary eastern station entry situated adjacent to the eastern side of the Civic Link, which is a pedestrianised link planned by the City of Parramatta Council that would provide a connection from Parramatta Square to River Square. Parramatta Station may include delivery of a section of the Civic Link located within the station precinct footprint, bounded by Macquarie Street to the south and George Street to the north.

A second station entry is proposed to the west on Church Street. Three over station developments are proposed above the station. One adjacent station development is also proposed to the north of the station. The Parramatta ISD will have easy access to buses and direct interchange with Parramatta Square Light Rail stop.

Sydney Metro currently expects to release the Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in early Oct 2024. The EOI process will enable participants to access more information on the opportunities in relation to Parramatta ISD.

Additional details/instructions

Organisations may submit an ETP Application individually or as part of a consortium.

Organisations need to satisfy the minimum requirements as outlined in the ETP Application Form.

The ETP Application must be submitted prior to the Closing Date and Time specified as: 29 October 2024 at 3:00PM AEDT.

The Parramatta ISD ETP Application must be submitted electronically to Sydney Metro at industry.sydneymetro@sydneymetro.info, with the email subject: ‘SMW Parramatta ISD Procurement Process – ETP Application’ before the Closing Date and Time.

Access to the Parramatta ISD EOI Data Room will be provided upon submission (and subsequent approval by Sydney Metro) of the ETP Application. Sydney Metro recommends that Interested Parties complete the ETP Application as early as possible.
