Barwon Coast seeks the services of one or more companies (or individuals) to collect and remove garbage and recyclables from their Caravan Parks, Camping Area and Reserve locations.

The contract is for the period of 3 years from 1st October 2024 with a possible option of a further 2 x 1-year extensions were agreed to by both parties. There may be options to commence prior to this date depending on contractor availability.

Potential contractors should seek further information or clarification from the contract officer, if they are unclear of the requirements of the contract.

Overview

The contract requires an all-inclusive provision of services which include:

-Collection

-Transport

-Processing

-Treatment and/or disposal fees

-Records, reporting and review

Pricing is to be based on an all-inclusive per bin pick up price that incorporates the above items and any other ancillary fees and charges.
