DevelopmentWA is calling for EOI Submissions from developers, investors and consortia with the experience, capability and capacity to acquire and develop one or more of Lots 11, 19, 12 and 18, forming part of Perth City Link.

Perth City Link is becoming and will continue to grow as a dynamic destination that embraces the city's lifestyle and character. It is an important part in the overall program to revitalise our city. Running east-west across the heart of Perth's city centre, it has reconnected Perth's central business district (CBD) with Northbridge for the first time in 100 years, delivering improved access and connectivity and forming strong linkages to the foreshore.

Lots 11, 19, 12 and 18 are flanked by the new Edith Cowan University (ECU) Campus to the east and the King's Square private development to the west. All four lots are in close proximity to the Yagan Square entertainment and leisure precinct, within walking distance to the Perth CBD and provide a unique opportunity for development with residential, retail, hospitality, office and accommodation uses.
