Monash Health is seeking responses to this RFQ with the intention of purchasing of RF Uterine Ablation Equipment
Monash Health reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine which of its departments, related services, participating health services and related body corporates become a party to any contract awarded subsequent to this RFQ.
Monash Health does not make any representations regarding the volume or quantities likely to be purchased pursuant to any subsequent contract.
Scope of Supply:
As part of this RFQ Monash Health is looking to evaluate possible providers for the supply of new Uterine Ablation Equipment for Monash Health.

Prices:
Monash Health is seeking an indicative proposal for the purposes of acquiring a budget to conduct a tender process for the eventual purchase of the equipment. Proposals will need to include maintenance pricing for a 5-year period including warranty.
