⁠⁠⁠1. Ongoing support services for Technology One Finance system to ensure continued reliability and confidence in the system and to enhance the skills and capability of the finance team to maintain and enhance the system;

• Ongoing support includes but is not limited to regular Software Updates, EOFY Support, Resolution of issues in current configuration
• Currently - Onsite - 1 day Bi-Monthly

2. Online client support services to assist with urgent support with minor services when there is a delay until a consultant can attend the site;

• Currently - 8hrs/month

3. Adhoc services to assist with new implementations, enhancements and upgrades where required;

• To be determined based on specified project briefs
