Project 1

- Calwynyardah / Noonkanbah Road starts at the Great Northern Highway running south to the Fitzroy river through the Noonkanbah Community, a total of 73km. The selected sections for this area are:

-Reshape and Re sheet shoulders, batters, table drains and road pavement SLK 9.75 to 10.87, SLK 28.60 to 30.40, SLK 42.00 to 43.30 and SLK 61.00 to 63.36 a total of 6.58Km.

Project 2

- Calwynyardah / Noonkanbah Road starts at the Great Northern Highway running south to the Fitzroy river through the Noonkanbah Community, a total of 73km. The selected sections for this area are:

- Fill in and redefine table / contour drain away from carriageway within the existing road reserve using material in-situ and substandard gravel from existing Shire gravel pits starting at LHS from SLK 51.00 - 54.85 to floodway at SLK 54.85 ensuring not to encroach on Noonkanbah Aboriginal Cultural heritage land or Noonkanbah pastoral lease

The company awarded this tender will have access to Shire gravel pits located along Calwynyardah / Noonkanbah Road to obtain material for the works. Tenderers shall nominate the gravel pit(s) proposed to extract material from to use on each of the roads, including the SLK of each pit and photos detailing materials proposed to be used for the re-sheeting works. Tenderers shall also nominate their proposed sources of water and identified camp site/s for carrying out the works.

The successful tenderer shall, upon awarding the contract and before commencement, submit written permit/s from the land owner/s for gravel, water and camp site/s covering duration of the project.
