Charters Towers Regional Council invites tenders for appointment of a preferred supplier for Audit Committee Chair Services.

The Audit & Risk Committee undertakes an advisory role and in accordance with legislation and Council’s policies, provides the Chief Executive Officer and Council with independent advice on key Council activities to promote effective governance within Council.

The Chair is required to provide leadership, expert knowledge and guidance to the Audit & Risk Committee.

Section 228 (8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, relating to changes to tenders may be applied.

Tenders are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and endorsed with the relevant tender number and title.
