Access restrictions are in place.

Compliance with the induction process to access this building is under the control of the tenant.

Mandatory Site Visit is required prior to tender submission.

Stage 1: Pre-Qualification (EOI) - All interested parties are required to complete and sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement and upload through the tendering portal.

Stage 2: Tender Submission – access to specification and tender documents will be provided to all parties who have returned the Non-Disclosure Agreement at the commencement of Stage 2.

Timelines: Take over of site on the 1st of September 2024 expected Practical Completion date is the 28th Feb 2025.
