Network Tasman is inviting submissions for the design, supply, implementation, maintenance, and post-implementation support services of three systems/modules/functions.
There are three parts to this RFI, and vendors are requested to reply to one or all as appropriate to their offerings:
- Asset Management
- Customer Relationship Management / Service Request Management
- Job/project Management
Network Tasman is open to receiving separately or jointly, combination of hardware, software and services, from multiple respondents.
Network Tasman are looking for a solution that delivers reliable and highly accurate real-time information and functionality to facilitate efficient process for the 38 direct staff as well as multiple partners/contractors. The core electrical builds and maintenance tasks are outsourced, making communication and the collection of data critical for smooth operations.
Network Tasman have been undergoing a transformation programme of work to understand their core business, increase data accuracy, create efficiencies, and support their strategic goals.
Now armed with a Business Architecture map for their Target State, Network Tasman are looking to leverage technology and modern processes to gain efficiencies.
Network Tasman's goals specifically related to their transformation change are:
Phase out siloed approaches and consolidate how we support the business using shared solutions.
Establish better management of key internal and external transactions flows.
Improve alignment of information between partners, NTL.
Improve our business insight capability.
Improve ability to capture timely and accurate data, focusing on as-built, asset state, job progress
