The University is planning to release a tender for Event Panel (WS1826364953).

The proposed panel will include the following subcategories:

Catering Services

The provision of food and associated services on site at a specific time and date for university events. Services may include menu design and tasting, onsite equipment and food delivery and management, and food service.

Audio Visual and Technical Production Services

The provision of AV and technical equipment and services to enhance or replace inhouse/existing systems, installed on site at a specific time and date for university events, to support the delivery of the sound and/or vision of an event. Services may include audio and visual design, delivery and installation of equipment, management of equipment onsite including operators, and provision of post-event AV services such as vision and audio files.

Theming and Decoration Services

The provision of theming and decoration items delivered/installed on site at a specific time and date for university events, to enhance the look, feel and design of the event and help convey the message of the event. Services may include pre-event theming design (soft and hard furnishings, florals, table centres and so on), event equipment delivery, installation and removal.

Event Equipment and Infrastructure

The provision of services equipment and infrastructure delivered/installed on site at a specific time and date for university events, to support the delivery of events where existing infrastructure is not suitable or sufficient. Services may include site design, delivery and installation of equipment (marquees, flooring, air conditioning units etc), and their removal post event.
