Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for a proposed new school, St Bonaventure’s College, Flagstonian Drive, Flagstone.

The project is planned to include the Stage 1 works, with the construction of 4 new buildings with accompanying site works including carpark and drop off zone.

The new building works include Student Hub, Multipurpose Hall, Early Years GLA block and Middle Years GLA block, all buildings include the provision of amenities.

Accompanying site works include Covered Link, Shed, Refuse and Bike Store.

The contractor is to have capacity for construction at the end of 2024 through to early 2026.

This project has an approximate construction value of $50 - $55 million.

A tender panel will be selected from the names registered, capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by 5th July 2024 in writing to: Superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
