Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for a Stage 3, Holy Spirit College, Beams Road, Fitzgibbon.

The project includes the construction of 3 new buildings, extension and renovation of existing buildings with accompanying site works including carpark.

The new building works include Block D, Block E and Block F. Block D & E will house 8x GLA’s in each building, whilst Block F will house specialist science labs, FLA’s and amenities.

Existing Block A will be refurbished and Block B will be a 2 storey extension.

The contractor is to have capacity for construction at the end of 2024 through to early 2026.

This project has an approximate construction value of $22 - $27 million.

A tender panel will be selected from the names registered, capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by 5th July 2024 in writing to: Superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
