This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation to submit a Proposal for the RPMP Review into the effectiveness of the Otago Regional Pest Management Plan contract opportunity.

As required by the Biosecurity Act (1993), the Otago Regional Council (ORC) is required to implement a Regional Pest Management Plan (RPMP). The current RPMP was approved in 2019 and is currently planned to be formally reviewed in 2029. As part of the lead up to the review, the ORC would like to assess the effectiveness of the current RPMP.
