The Barossa Council Creative Industries Centre is the culmination of our vision to drive and promote regional economic, social and community outcomes and grow visitation through creative industries and is one of the many strategies to diversify our economy.

We are seeking a Managing Contractor to work together with Council, and its funding partners; the Commonwealth and State Governments, and our community to deliver this inter-generational infrastructure project in the world-renowned Barossa.

A multifaceted development including refurbishment of the existing local heritage listed building, extensive and integrated architectural extension, outdoor landscaping and performance space construction, including all necessary civil, mechanical, fit out and construction needs are required. The successful Managing Contractor will work hand in hand with our architect and professional services, internal technical and project services through our governance arrangements to deliver this exciting project.
