Supplier to arrange transfer of printed NSW Driver’s Licences and other cards from a regional Service NSW site, then to be mailed out to customers

Project goals

The principal requires a supplier to arrange transfer of printed NSW Driver’s Licences, photo card, mobility parking permit cards and firearms cards from a regional Service NSW site* and undertake the affixing and mailing services outlined below and arrange mailing to customers within agreed SLAs.

• The Services to be provided are:
• Arrange and manage the end-to-end transfer of printed cards from Service NSW, regional office* to the supplier’s external site for delivery of affixing and mailing services,
• Print the carrier letter that the cards will be affixed to;
• Affix the card to the correct carrier letter, fold and insert into an envelope and seal;
• Mail the cards to the correct recipient within the required timeframe contained in the agreed SLAs.
• Provide real time tracking of all cards from the time of receipt from Service NSW through to point of postage to end customer.
• Provide a secure location for the affixing and mailing process.
• Provide Reporting including Reconciliation and Card Tracking Reports, as required to enable invoice verification, quality assurance, issues management and security of cards.
• Comply with all relevant Privacy legislation and contract clauses for the handling of personal information.
• Destruction of the card (if instructed by SNSW in writing).

*The location for card collection will be disclosed to suppliers who confirm in writing their intention to provide a tender submission attaching a completed Confidentiality Deed which can be found in the Part B Tender Returnable Schedules.
