We are currently seeking expressions of interest from electrical contractors (must hold an ACN) to work on the Department of Communities, Housing Maintenance Contract.

Under this contract, we maintain over 22000 properties across the Perth Metro area covering from Yanchep in the North down to Byford in the South and across to the hills in the East.

Please note that to work for Downer on this contract there are some mandatory requirements that you must meet. These are:

• Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $20,000,000
• Workers Compensation to the value of $50,000,000
• Motor vehicle insurance must be 3rd party at a minimum
• A Safety Management Plan approved by Downer
