This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Sourcing Platforms team’s current professional services contracts for technical support of BuyICT expire 31 July 2024. For the BuyICT platform to be continuously developed, maintained, and enhanced, the expertise of developers, testers, and data experts is essential to continuously improve BuyICT the team needs professional services of:
ServiceNow Full Stack Developers: Responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining custom applications, modules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. They will also adhere to the DTA's coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies. They will collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions that meet the user needs and expectations.
ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect: Responsible for leading, designing, and overseeing the technical architecture and development of the ServiceNow platform. They will also provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the developers and testers. They will ensure that the platform is secure, scalable, performant, and aligned with the DTA's strategic objectives and roadmap.
Web Application Testers: Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on the testing activities of the web applications developed on the ServiceNow platform. They will also ensure that the applications are functional, reliable, usable, and accessible. They will use both manual and automated testing tools and techniques, preferably with ServiceNow experience. They will work closely with the developers, product owners, and users to identify and resolve defects and issues.
Data Specialist: Responsible for managing, analysing, and transforming the data on the ServiceNow platform. They will also ensure that the data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with the DTA's data standards and policies. They will use various data tools and methods to extract, validate, and manipulate data. They will also provide data insights and recommendations to support the decision-making and improvement of the platform.
