Tender Description
Winton Shire Council, the Principal, invites tenders from suitably qualified parties to undertake the below flowable concrete flood damage restoration works within Winton Shire. All treatments have been approved by the Queensland Reconstruction Authority.
This is a lump-sum contract. The Tenderer is required to price all items provided in the schedule of works.
The Tenderer is responsible for verifying that all items necessary to perform the works under the Contract are allowed for in the Schedule of Works (SOW). The Superintendent will use the SOW as a comparison tool for tender evaluation and the calculation of progress payments for the duration of the contract.
