Whilst no Briefing will be undertaken there is confidential information that forms part of this Request for Tender. For your submission to be admissible it is mandatory that you provide a completed Deed of Confidentiality (provided with Tender pack) and submit to our Contracts and Procurement Team prior to 4:00pm AEST on Monday 15 July 2024 to access this information. Please refer to Part A Tendering Conditions Clause 1.7 for details.
The contract requirements are to replace the current Mitel csystem, and update the systems and functionality including:
- Phone software
- Onsite phone hardware
- Call recording
- Lone worker / OkAlone functionality
- Reporting
- Systems administration components
- And consideration for interfacing with a replacement of the Digital Mobile Radio system in 2026/2027.
with a modern cloud-based solution that includes:
- Cloud based telephony
- Integration with Microsoft Teams
- Teams compatible telephone handsets for remote sites
- Call recording
- Lone worker functionality.
The Gippsland Water Shoretel Phone System was originally commissioned in 2013 to replace the 3COM NBX phone system and was implemented to provide improved reporting and additional functionality for the customer service team. This includes email, geographical messages, instant messaging and desktop-based communications software.
