The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is seeking tenders for the provision of catering services for the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) Athlete Dining Hall, AIS Café, as well as concessions and functions located on the AIS Canberra Campus. The ASC is the Australian Government agency responsible for supporting and investing in sport at all levels. The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) campus is a key tourist destination in the ACT and hosts major sporting and entertainment events. The AIS Campus has comprehensive catering operations including a café, concessions, functions and an athlete dining hall. These catering operations are integral in providing targeted nutritional meals for athlete development as well as supporting community, public activity, and the success of events on the campus. The AIS Campus hosts a variety of events and attracts more than 100,000 visitors each year.
