Healthy North Coast are seeking submissions from providers who can deliver the Way Back NSW North Coast service. The Way Back NSW North Coast is a non-clinical support service focused on providing practical psychosocial aftercare support to people following a suicidal crisis or suicide attempt. This entails the provision of outreach support by trained Support Coordinators (under the supervision of a Clinical Lead) to: co-create safety and support plans; link clients to available clinical and community-based services; and to ensure client safety (across the North Coast region).

The service will work closely with Local Health Districts and Healthy North Coast with a goal of reducing the risk of suicide by providing timely aftercare support.
