Healthy North Coast is seeking to establish a new external managed services provider (MSP) with a multifaceted organisation to provide ICT managed services support over a multi-year agreement for an initial 3 years with options to extend.
The MSP will need to support ICT operations and security, as well as enhancement and quality improvement projects, across multiple technical domains such as:
Cloud infrastructure running on multiple MS Azure platforms; Domain management, SSL, DNS etc; M365 productivity suite, including SharePoint, Teams Calling and Meeting rooms; Email management of Exchange online, and other related smtp services; Identity management (Microsoft Entra ID); Cybersecurity monitoring, reporting, incident response and recovery, data protection backup and recovery; Enterprise Networking; Onsite support where required to meet SLAs, or deliver projects and requests; Telstra Management (Office Internet, Mobile Fleet); End-user compute environment Laptops (95% PC 5% MacOS), Tablets, Mobiles(iOS); Printing (Print Server and Printer configuration) Printer hardware out of scope; And procurement and provision of hardware (reseller or leaser for laptops and phones preferable).
All services will be expected to align with ISO 27001 and ITIL cloud management standards.
The expectation is to create a partnership relationship whereby there is flexibility to adjust scope, drive innovation and ensure accountability in a mutually beneficial relationship. This is not an outsource agreement but more of a team augmentation model, while still ensuring clear roles and responsibilities between both parties.
