About the tender: Tenders are invited from organisations capable of meeting Port of Newcastle's requirements for Navigation Aid 52 Design and Construction as per the associated Scope of Work.

Site Inspection: A mandatory site inspection meeting will be held at the Site on Friday 12th July. Those wishing to attend must register prior to the meeting by no later than Tuesday 9th July. Registrations can be done by email to simon.turner@portofnewcastle.com.au stating the following:

1. Name of the company,

2. Name of each attendee and contact number,

3. If your company will be the primary bidder or a sub-contractor.

Submissions: Completed responses should be compiled as one complete PDF document and submitted via the Electronic Tender Box using the attached Word version of the Returnable Schedules. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Closing date and time: Port of Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All enquiries in relation to the proposal must be via the online Forum.
