1.   1. The Berri Barmera Council (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of reconstructing a portion of Riverview Drive Berri. The section of Riverview Drive requires reconstruction measures (first section) 635 metres and the (second section) 335 metres, totaling 970 metres. The desired road width is a 6.2 metre seal comprised of a 10/7 pavement. Known as (the works) The Council will enter a Contract for Works with the successful Tenderer.

    2. The works include;

1. Removing the remainder of the pavement from the two sections and discarding the product.
2. Edge line marking is to be completed once new seal is finished.

3. The Contractor shall cost and be responsible for the supply of all materials, hauling the spoil to Council hardstand, Minnis Road Berri (free of charge), supervision, labour and machinery necessary for the works, DBYD, investigating underground services, construction, laying, compaction, finishing and cleaning up of the identified site for the project in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. The contractor must follow the “Guidelines for Works Near Existing SAPN assets” when working near the power lines.
