This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Organ and Tissue Authority (OTA) is reviewing its Learning Management System (LMS) and is exploring availability from providers and platforms.
The OTA currently uses its LMS to provide learning materials, resources and modules to a wide range of stakeholders in the organ and tissue donation and transplantation sector.
The requirements of the LMS for the OTA would include:
- Transfer of current users (currently approximately 2,800), data and learning assets (as required) from the current OTA LMS onto new platform
- Ability to expand users as required
- Automated alerts and notifications- the LMS needs to have the ability to deliver automated alerts, reminders and notifications with customisable delivery by an administrator
- Compliance with Australian Government regulations, security and corporate policy, including the Essential Eight Maturity Model and Information Security Manual, as outlined by the Australian Signals Directorate
- Data are stored in Australian-based servers
- Data tracking/dashboards- the LMS will allow for tracking of completion and design of training programs. This includes:
- Analyse of progress and completion rates
- Configurable reporting and analytics
- Monitor knowledge retention through quiz scores
- Ability to Course design learning assets
- SCORM & xAPI Compliance
- Platform/software is white labelled
- Scope to expand/condense the service offered as required
- House eLearning courses, including quizzes and tests
- Ability to create different groups/groupings for users
- Ability to create and adapt content and pages based on those groups
- Course Management Tools which include the ability to;
- Add or create new courses
- Enrol and edit users into the system
- Monitor the progress of users
- LMS statistics and analytics tools
- LMS is to be password protected, with an automated backup system
- Ability to schedule live courses within the system and track the course dates and times
- Intuitive UI for users
- Version control on courses
- Responsive Technical support, including accounts manager, product roadmap and service level agreement
- The ability for OTA staff to have tenant admin access over the site for the day-to-day running.
