In September 2024, the Adelaide Botanic Garden (ABG) will be holding a major exhibition displaying a collection of glass sculptures by US based glass artist Dale Chihuly.

The Gardens are responsible for the security of the installations on the Adelaide Botanic Garden site and seek professional security services for the event’s duration from 12 August 2024 (which includes the planning phase) to 09 May 2025.

There are several challenges unique to this work that need to be addressed by potential tenderers, including working within a sensitive location incorporating valuable plant collections and heritage items and working within a highly public location with constant public access, requiring attention to safety and delivery behaviour.

A supplier with specific experience delivering security patrols and on-site CCTV monitoring works of this nature is sought to deliver the required services.
