Supply, deliver, install, test and commission electrical and communications services in accordance with the requirements of the Specification, including Schedules, and as shown in the Drawings.

The scope of works shall generally include, but shall not be limited to, the following:

- Project planning prior to the commencement on site, including liaison with site tenants to ensure continuity of site operations;

- Liaise with Tas Networks for the review of the existing site connections prior to switchboard design;

- New site main cabling, including trenching and reinstatement of existing surface finish;

- Termination of new mains cabling within the Tas Networks padmount substation and pay all associated costs;

- New Site Main Switchboard;

- Installation of supply authority metering and pay associated costs;

- Disconnection and removal of existing site main switchboard and mains cabling;

- Re-termination of existing sub-mains cabling;

- Associated builders works;

- Provision for back-up generator and associated works during the cutover period;

- Testing and Commissioning;

- As Installed Manuals.

The works and the systems indicated shall be complete in their entirety, including all necessary items, whether referred to in detail in this Specification or not, but which are necessary for the correct and normal commercial operation of the system.
