TAFE NSW is seeking a provision of a real-time labour market data solution to gain strategic and critical connections between emerging employer demand for skills.
Scope
TAFE NSW is seeking a service provider that can provide a real-time labour market data solution. The key requirements sought from this procurement include:
• Access to aggregated, real-time online job advertisement data that can be interrogated to identify and analyse emerging industries or job roles, changing skills needs, skills gaps and clustering, and fluctuations in jobs demand.
• Datasets provided at a detailed level (including categorisation by occupation, skills, industry sector, region) for the Australian and NSW context, and key international markets, to enable analysis of market trends at a granular and aggregate level.
• Access to the data through a data delivery method that is user-friendly and responsive to meet identified market insight needs.
• Demonstrated capability in the provision of real-time, online labour market data.
These requirements enable TAFE NSW to make evidence-based planning decisions and recommendations to ensure that training is aligned to changing skill needs and that emerging training opportunities are identified and translated to the business.
