Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS) is an independent and confidential service that supports Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces. We require a new client management system to provide a business software solution to a range of functions of PWSS including;

• human resources,
• work health and safety,
• learning and development,
• complaints,
• counselling and support functions.

To support this work, before a formal approach to market can occur, we need an external consultant to assist in a short term engagement to help create a Detailed Requirements Document for the software.

The users and their needs

The consultant will work with a PWSS Project Officer to help create the Detailed Requirement Document.

This will include consultation processes with the PWSS users of the new client management system to ensure it meets business needs.

Work already done

Various existing platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamic, are used to create and manage the current business data of PWSS. We are seeking a whole of service approach to be delivered by the new client management system.
