Waratah-Wynyard Council (WWC) seeks submissions from suitably experienced Architect and sub-consultant teams to undertake the detailed design, documentation and approvals processes for a new Childcare Centre including:

• Building. (Childcare and OSHC)
• External play and education spaces.
• Access, carparking and drop off zone.
• Site services.
• Landscaping.
• Permits and approvals including Building approval.
• Site servicing.
• Tender ready documentation.
• Any other works required to meet compliance requirements for the construction and operation of a Childcare Centre and OSHC.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration .

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum .

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted Electronic Tender Box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. S

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 3.00 pm AEST on 2 August 2024 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
