Tender Description
RMIT proposes limits for panel members in each discipline. However, we retain the discretion to appoint more or less vendors in each panel to ensure sufficient panel membership numbers to meet business requirements based on specialist service offerings.
Suppliers who apply to specific panels do not have to offer all specialist services/disciplines within each panel.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will exist at the project level. For every project, the engaged Panel member will be assessed against the following performance measures noting RMIT’s minimum expectation is 3/5 for each of the following KPIs:
Variations due to Design Errors- accuracy of documentation produced, appropriateness of products recommended (availability and functionality)
Meeting delivery and reporting milestones
Responsiveness and client focussed
Outcome-driven and proactive in approach
Design alignment with RMIT provided brief and budget (without significant effort by RMIT in value management)
Availability, calibre, and consistency in resourcing throughout project lifecycle
Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) are regularly conducted by RMIT and the outcomes of these PIR's will be documented and used to measure the performance of the consultants at the conclusion of each project.
