Tender Description
Invitation to Supply (ITS) – Request for Tender (RFT)
Monash Health is seeking responses to this ITS with the intention of appointing a Preferred Supplier to provide the Requirements.Monash Health reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine which of its departments, related services, participating health services and related body corporates become a party to any contract awarded subsequent to this ITS.
Monash Health does not make any representations regarding the volume or quantities likely to be purchased pursuant to any subsequent contract.
Scope of Supply:
As part of this RFT Monash Health is looking to appoint a preferred provider for the supply installation and support of Structured Reporting SW to Monash Health.

Submission of Responses:
All tenders must be submitted via the Zycus portal

Prices:
The prices provided are to remain fixed for the term of the contract. All prices must be firm and valid for acceptance with 120 days of the Closing Date of this ITS.
