The Nedlands Yacht Club in association with the Local and State government bodies are seeking EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST for the submission of tenders for the construction of their new world class Sail Training Centre (STC). The new STC includes Changerooms, a Training Room, Canteen, Flag Deck, Starter box and associated Landscaping works. The site is located on the Nedlands Esplanade and will require a bio-retention installation to disperse on-site stormwater.

The project is currently in the documentation phase.

We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified builders to add to a tender list.
