Tender ID: 561217
Tender Details
Tender Description
In the budget announcement on 23 May 2023, the Victorian Government committed to a $25 million investment to build a Sunbury Campus, to be operated by Bendigo Kangan Institute. The estimated completion date is quarter four 2027, to allow classes to commence in 2028.
The Sunbury campus is seeking to address a skills training shortage in the Hume LGA, and Victoria more broadly. Sunbury is the fastest growing region within Hume and it is forecasted to grow to a city of more than 100,000 people by 2041 which will increase the demand for skilled workers. Development of the Sunbury campus provides a more accessible training location and adds to the further study options available for regional students.
The Sunbury Campus will be designed to align with BKI’s 2020>2025 Strategy and supporting plans, strategies, and policies including:
- Strategic Asset Masterplan
- Environmental Sustainability Plan
- Workplace Strategy
- Enterprise Digital Plan
- Diversity and Inclusion Plan
- Reconciliation Action Plan
- Disability Action Plan
- Child Safety Policy
- Accessibility and Inclusion Plan
BKI invites appropriately qualified Project Management and Superintendent Consultants (Respondents) to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Project Management and Superintendent services for the Project as described within this document.
