Queensland Hydro (QH) is seeking suitably qualified and industry leading camp operations and maintenance contractors for delivery of the Temporary Camp Accommodation Operations and Maintenance Works under the Borumba Dam Pumped Hydro Energy Scheme (PHES) Project.

This Temporary Camp Accommodation Operations and Maintenance Works scope in broad terms, consists of the following:

• The overall operations and maintenance of 2 separate temporary camps in 2 different locations in Imbil on the Sunshine Coast with a total of approximately 650 beds between both camps.
• Estimated Duration of 24 months.
• Provide a safe, comfortable and fit-for purpose self-contained workforce accommodation camp environment for all guests.
• Operate the camp, facilities and services in a warm and friendly manner.
• Camps are managed in accordance with all relevant regulations and Standards.
• Provide a 24-hour camp service.
• Individual guest needs are met.
• Provide nutritious, balanced meals in accordance with cultural preference of a diverse workforce.
• Provide adequate opportunities and facilities for exercise, recreation, relaxation and worship.
• Ensure the security and wellbeing of camp residents including taking measures to ensure quality sleep.
• Be responsive to guest complaints and recommendations.
• Prevent unauthorised access to the work camps; and
• Minimise the risk of workers dissatisfaction with camp facilities and catering standards.
