Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Agency requires the design and development of foundational online learning by an external provider.
The objective of this learning is to provide foundational knowledge of our First Nations Culture. It aims to provide baseline knowledge of the different cultural norms, values, and perspectives of our First Nations People.
The Agency will provide the content (currently approx 70 slides - but not all slides need to be used). We require the services of an instructional designer that has expertise in working with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to effectively collaborate and develop learning instructions and activities that compliment culturally sensitive content.
An Agency First Nations SME will be available during the design process.
The learning experience will be required to meet the WCAG 2.0 AA and the Agency’s accessibility standards (a guide outlining specific requirements will be provided to the successful supplier).
Regular reviews will be required by the Agency to ensure the learning experience is meeting the required standards.
The Agency will also require the source files at the completion of the design.
