Stadiums Queensland is seeking expressions of interest from qualified architectural firms for the redevelopment of our Corporate Office located in the south-western corner of Suncorp Stadium, Milton.

The project aims to enhance operational efficiency and the workplace environment by reconfiguring the existing segregated and formal office layout into a more connected and visually cohesive space.

Key Objectives:

• Office layout optimisation;
• Enhanced utilisation and expansion; and
• Future flexibility, enhanced spatial efficiency and natural light flow.

This is the first stage in a multistage procurement process. Shortlisted proponents will be invited to submit formal proposals in a later stage.
