The Principal intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to engage a professional services design team to deliver the design and town planning phases of the Moonee Valley Soccer Hub.

This project centres around the development of a ‘Soccer Hub’ in Airport West. The works are focussed on both the AJ Davis Reserve and the adjacent Essendon Keilor College/ Niddrie Primary School.

The project includes the:

• redesign, consolidation and redevelopment of current sporting and community facilities within AJ Davis Reserve;

• the design and development of multiple sporting fields and supporting infrastructure on the school grounds, in conjunction with Essendon Keilor College (EKC);

• roadside parking on Fullarton Road; and

• landscaping and path networks for accessibility and interconnection of the Soccer Hub.
