Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Submissions from Tenderers for the Streetscape Upgrade Construction works in Stephen Street, Mount Barker.

As part of its 24/25 Annual Business Plan Capital Works, Council requires the Stephen St upgrade works to be completed by April 2025.

A full specification and associated drawings may be found in Section E of the RFT Document.

Submissions are to be made by completing the Tender Response Schedules and accompany Pricing spreadsheet and uploading.

There is to be a non-mandatory site briefing held on Tuesday 16th July 2023, as per clause 3.3.3 of the RFT Document.
