RFI – C-ECTF-24-9838 – Enterprise Consumer Engagement Portal (CEP)

The State of Queensland acting through Queensland Health (Customer) is seeking to engage the market to gather information for an Enterprise Consumer Engagement Portal that initially supports secure, self-service for Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs consumers to:

• Access and contribute to up-to-date care information
• Manage their own bookings
• Engage in virtual services
• Enable partnership with service providers
• Complete experience and outcome measures

The Customer has issued this RFI with the objective of:

• gathering information to inform the sourcing approach
• understanding the options available in the marketplace
• comparing different solutions for research purposes to inform a Business Case for a CEP within QH.

Notes: This RFI will not be used to evaluate, select or shortlist suppliers.
