The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) through Maritime Safety Queensland (MSQ) is requesting proposals under Request for Proposal No. MSQ24030 for the provision of port pilotage services for the Southport Pilotage Area (SPA).
The RFP document and attachments are confidential and will be released on 17 July 2024 to Suppliers that have completed an Acknowledgement of Obligations Confidentiality, Privacy and Conflict of Interest Deed.
THIS WILL BE A 2 PART TENDER PROCESS
STEP 1: MANDATORY
Suppliers seeking to access and respond to the RFP will be required to complete the attached Acknowledgement of Obligations Confidentiality, Privacy and Conflict of Interest Deed and send a copy to southport.pilotage@msq.qld.gov.au by 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 16 July 2024.
STEP 2: RFP DOCUMENT
- Issued to those suppliers who have sent their acknowledgement of obligations to the southport.pilotage@msq.qld.gov.au by 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 16 July 2024.
Cut off for questions 14th August 2024 - question only via the email address - southport.pilotage@msq.qld.gov.au
