Isaac Regional Council (Council) seeks to form a Registered Panel of Qualified Suppliers (RPQS) for the Provision of Software Consulting Services to the Isaac Regional Council. The RPQS will be for an initial period of two (2) years with two (2) one (1) year extension options, exercisable on the mutual agreement of both parties.

The consultancy services outlined in this tender will assist Council to ensures its software need are met in planning, managing and executing projects related to regional infrastructure within the local government area along with relevant administrative functions. These services encompass functions such as financial management, payroll services and supply chain operations along with the capability to ensure monitoring of regional infrastructure assets in the areas of transport, drainage, water supply, water management, parks and buildings.
