The Warrnambool City Council is inviting offers for the provision of cleaning services at its aquatic & hard court sport centres. The Offer of Services should include the current list of aquatic & hard court sport centres, namely:

Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor that is able to demonstrate expertise and previous experience in cleaning aquatic centres and hardcourt stadiums.

Warrnambool is fast growing regional area with a current population approaching 37,000. It is also an active visitor and tourist destination, attracting a further 10,000 over the summer period alone. Warrnambool is regarded as a clean and tidy city and for this reason Council places a high priority on the cleanliness and maintenance of its buildings and amenities. Accordingly, a high standard of cleaning is required, in addition to a professional approach to the requirements of this Contract. The cleaning of Councils aquatic centres has been identified as a specialist service and as such only bids from suitably experienced contractors will be considered.

Council operates a number of services from the above Council owned or managed assets. These facilities provide the Warrnambool community and its visitors with access to a range of services and programs that influence and support the health and wellbeing of people. Providing a safe, clean and appealing environment is integral to good health and wellbeing.
