Tender Description
The purpose of this project is to engage a qualified vendor to implement and configure a Geographic Information System (GIS) application, provide training for end-users, and deliver managed support services to ensure the seamless functioning of the GIS application with the Council’s existing integrated applications.
Scope of Work includes:
• Needs assessment and planning
• GIS application implementation (including testing)
• End-user training and knowledge transfer
• Managed support services
• Reporting and documentation
• Project closure
