Tender Description
Transport for NSW (“TfNSW”) invites innovative and suitably experienced organisations to participate in a request for proposal to supply a space management and desk booking system.
TfNSW places a high value on the visibility, management and optimisation of its workplace portfolio and the experience of our people when interacting with workplace systems that support Hybrid Working.
The solution needs to enable TfNSW to do the following:
• Visual documentation of property portfolio by site, floor, team, division, agency.
• Real-time data to support visibility of current occupancy and space opportunities.
• Support the effective relocation of staff within and between buildings.
• Support utilisation monitoring of resident and non-resident staff.
• Enable utilisation reporting to Executives, Transport Ministers and Property NSW.
• Enable effective chargeback of space to Agencies and/or Divisions.
• Support integration of existing HR, Organisational Hierarchy and Cost Centre data sources.
• Wayfinding technology to support employee experience in locating colleagues and spaces.
• Desk booking facilities to support use of workspace in a Hybrid working environment.
