The aim of this Contract is to reconstruct the Greens Complexes on the current 1st, 10th and 18th Holes in line with Course Master Plan developed in 2021.

• Provide increased opportunities for the course to be more accessible and inclusive.

• Provide for larger green sizes to allow for more pin placement options.

• Provide more mown fairway to the surrounds of greens, to the rear of greens, coupled with catch basins to retain balls.

• Fairways to be mown up to the edge of bunkers i.e., avoid a band of rough between the bunker and fairway edge to help with maintenance practices.

The works will take place at Centenary Park Golf Course within the Greens complexes, immediate surrounds and approach of the existing 1st, 9th and 10th Holes. An experienced golf course construction shaper will work with the Master plan and other concept designs to create a golf holes that meet the briefs supplied.

The Golf Club entry is located of Centenary Park Drive and the Maintenance entry off McClelland Drive. Council strongly recommends that Tenderers visit the site prior to submitting their Tender.

Works include but are not limited to:

a. Mobilisation and site setup & cleaning;

b. Demolition;

c. Bulk Earthworks;

d. Installation of sub surface drainage;

e. Shaping of Golf course contours;

f. Turfing;

g. Demobilisation, reinstatement and final cleaning, and

h. All other necessary works for the successful completion.
