Knox City Council (KCC) is seeking responses to a Request for Tender (RFT) from suitably qualified platform vendors capable of providing a comprehensive and modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that aligns with KCC strategic objectives and offers the most value in terms of the overall cost of ownership.

The objective of this RFT is to identify a cost-effective ERP platform and understand the order in which key domains and associated capabilities will be implemented, ensuring the selected software vendor can provide a comprehensive platform that meets KCC specific requirements.

The adoption of a new enterprise platform offers a unique and invaluable opportunity to modernise Council operations through a fully integrated system. This ERP platform will align with our business objectives and encompass primary domains, including:

• Finance

• Customer - encompassing Customer Request Management (CRMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• People - Human Resource Management System (HRMS)

Subsequent phases aim to introduce additional domains such as Enterprise-wide Service Management and Payroll within the chosen platform.
